Anni Kelley-Day, LPCC
Anni is passionate about helping clients discover more joy in everyday life by achieving a balanced mental health. Her extensive experience and caring, truthful attitude are vital in helping clients improve their daily lives and effectively manage symptoms related to stress, depression, and anxiety disorders.
Anni has over ten years of experience helping clients in the mental health field. She has worked in a variety of settings, including a high school counseling center, a therapeutic residential community, and most recently, at Caminar, a mental health agency located in San Mateo. She has worked with a diverse group of clients over the years, including young adults, working professionals, the elderly, and those who suffer from serious mental illnesses.
Anni Kelley Day received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. She is dedicated to using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and advanced TEAM Therapy (developed by David Burns, MD at Stanford) to help her clients reach their goals and improve their lives. She has earned her certification in Cognitive Therapy through the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies as well as completed her OCD certification through the OCD foundation BTTI program.
In her free time she enjoys traveling and exploring nature.
