Anna Edwards, LMFT
Anna Edwards, LMFT believes that meaningful change begins in relationship. With over three decades of clinical experience, Anna partners with clients to gently uncover, understand, and release the barriers that keep them from feeling at peace and fully themselves.
Anna has been a licensed therapist since 1990 and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of individuals and families across California, including adults and adolescents involved in the justice system, foster care and child welfare, military families, LGBTQ+ clients, transitioning-age youth (18–30), and couples navigating complex life transitions.
At the heart of Anna’s work is the belief that therapy is a collaborative process—one rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion. She helps clients move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and positive functioning in their daily lives.
Anna also has a special passion for working with children and adolescents through play therapy and sand tray work, offering younger clients a safe and creative way to express feelings when words may be hard to find.
