Sarah is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, and adults to feel more supported, confident, and in control of their lives. She offers a warm, collaborative therapy space for clients navigating anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, identity exploration, and major life transitions.

Sarah earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University and completed advanced clinical training in evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies. Her clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, and crisis-focused interventions. She has completed EMDR basic training through an EMDRIA-approved institute and thoughtfully integrates trauma-informed care into her work.

Sarah believes therapy is most effective when grounded in trust, curiosity, and compassion. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels empowering. She adapts her approach to meet the developmental needs of children, teens, and adults, while maintaining a consistent focus on safety, connection, and growth.

Outside of the therapy room, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and son, being outdoors, and connecting with nature. She loves hiking with her family and spending time with animals, especially through horseback riding.
